This is the 4th time we have had Damon and Cascade shipping help us transport a car from DE to CO. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with this process. Damon is extremely knowledgable, professional, detail oriented and complete in the entire process. From the minute you contact him he is working for you and calling to make sure every detail has proceeded as planned. When I contacted Damon, this time, he gave me a quote of the average price cars were shipping from DE to CO. It was more than I wanted to spend so I asked if we could bid a couple hundred dollars lower and see what might happen. He did so gladly and I ended up paying a little more than my lower bid. This took less than a week and the car was on its way. The driver picked the car up and delivered it exactly as I was told from the onset. He even called to possibly deliver the car earlier but ended up not being able to come the night before because of the delivery before me and that person being out of town. The driver was very informative along the way and answered my calls immediately when I said I would call him back. Each step you take in the process of dealing with Damon and a transport, he calls to make sure it all went smoothly. This company, through Damon, strives to make their customers happy and satisfied with their service. We will not hesitate to call Damon again in the fall to ship the car back to DE for next years school year! Thank you Damon and your team for your excellent work!
