Damon and Danielle,

I know this isn’t quite over yet since my husband hasn’t actually received the vehicle, but I wanted to express “kudos” to both of you for helping out today ) in getting the quote misrepresentation resolved and then when we learned that the vehicle was already at destination to be delivered, getting all the questions and frustrations taken care of.

I was really impressed with how both of you were ready to take on the challenge and be determined to take care of the situation.
Car is supposed to be delivered at my husband’s office tonite. I am confident “all will end well”.

Aside from a miscommunication (rate misrepresentation), this was really excellent service.
I would use Cascade again.
