Stephanie was very courteous and gave me all information I needed within the first call. I had a list of questions, but she was able to answer them when she was explaining the service since this was my first time using a car carrier. Also Casade was the cheapest out of all other car carrier companies I called except for 1. One other company was $40 cheaper, but didn't sound as professional as Cascade and had a longer time to receive my vehicle. I would definitely work with Cascade again.
