Never having shipped a car before, I was unsure of the process. I went online and put in a 411 on auto shipping.... MANY companies began calling me. I was overwhelmed! Some told me you could put items in your vehicles, others said no. Some were very cheap prices, others were quite high. I was at my wits end, when Damon called. He took the time to explain how the process worked and what to expect. He put my mind at ease and was able to get me the price I needed to ship my daughters car from Chicago to Los Angeles. The carrrier was even earlier than expected to arrive, and although our flight wasn't for 2 more days, the car was there when we got in to LA. It was a huge relief and pleasure letting Cascade book our vehicle shipping. We received several update calls and also a follow-up call to be sure that everything was to our satisfaction. "Beware of other companies...I have friends who have shipped and have unpleasant experiences. This was fast, easy and more affordable than I had thought!! Cascade has my future business and any friends and family as well!!
