First, let me state that I’m not one to provide reviews online. It was difficult choosing a vehicle transportation company, as there are so many options/companies to evaluate. However, after speaking with Brandi, it was an easy decision to work with Cascade. She was transparent regarding the cost structure for both their payment and the transporter’s payment. She also provided timely communication throughout the entire process, and I felt comfortable working with her as she possessed a high level of professionalism; you will find that you will receive many calls from other competing companies that prove to be untrustworthy or require a down payment to begin the process (which is not obligatory). My vehicle was picked up and delivered on-time, and I received timely update from both Cascade and the transport company. I recommend that you utilize Cascade’s services if you are in market to transport your vehicle.
