I shipped my car from Washington to New Jersey. This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. After talking with Rebecca I felt comfortable to ship my car through Cascade. They pick up my car a day late but delivered one day before the actual delivery date without any damage, and the driver is very polite. Rebecca is responsive to any questions, and she gave me the updates every time before the car pick up, and the driver gave me the call 45 minutes before reaching the destination. It was a very good experience and my experience with Rebecca and Cascade is great, and will use them again if I move my car again.
