Malia began by explaining how the industry works and why the prices are initially estimates . Of the other dozen or so auto transporters we contacted, no one educated us on the process. She phoned and emailed me of all options as pickup time approached. She called the driver to ask him to phone me because I had questions for him. The driver(Global) was very nice and helpful. He arrived on time to pick up our 2 cars and spent about an hour carefully loading them and securing them properly. He let us know on the delivery end the time they would arrive. They were in the exact condition as they left us. We will call Malia again when we ship another vehicle.
Other companies promised to ship the cars for about $150 less but couldn't put it in writing. The help and available support from Malia were well worth the extra few dollars if I did, in fact, pay more, which I doubt.
