Cascade did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop. When one of their affiliate carriers rescheduled pickup multiple times, they were always in contact, helping troubleshoot the things that were beyond our control. Even though pickup was later than initially quoted, their communication and responsiveness made the difference in making the experience a positive one.

In terms of delivery of the car once picked up, everything went very smoothly. The car arrived in great shape and was very pleased with all aspects of the transport and delivery.

I appreciate you noticing the effort that we put forth in recovering from a fouled up pickup. We had a timing issue with a pickup scheduled for Fathers Day weekend and the driver had to reschedule based on the contacts flexibility. Your positive attitude and patience was much appreciated. I wish you the most enjoyment out of the Porsche and thank you for the referrals that you have already given.
