Bharat...We appreciate you and your business here at Cascade. Unfortunately, you don't understand how the price match guarantee works. We tell the consumer, we will price match any 4 or 5 Star company for 5 days then the quote/estimate goes back to our original quote price. In essence, we rely on another companies price provided to you for the fair rate to the truck. In your case, we offered you a Carrier at $40.00 dollars more than the price that company provide you. You declined, canceled your order with us and booked with that company for the $40.00 lower price. 2 weeks later you called us back and informed us that the other company couldn't get your vehicle picked up. You placed the order with us again and approved the $40.00 increase and your vehicle was picked up 2 days later and delivered on time with one of our top Carriers. It is impossible for me to fathom how a $40 price difference above a different company who couldn't provide you with transport solutions is, in your words....a bloated price. You are right about one thing. We are a Five Star Company with thousands of reviews that back up the Service We Provide...EXEMPLARY. All of our Carriers are fully insured and we have their Certificate's of Insurability on file. These driver's are also inspected every 350 miles and must have Government Regulated Insurance Coverage or they are shut down on the spot. Their was no damage to your vehicle and therefore how the insurance coverage comes in to play seems, a bit moot.
