This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I was shipping a car from Texas to Buffalo NY. I could not have had a better experience. Michael Walker was always available always picked up the phone or called me back instantly. He explained everything to me and was very honest. If I ever need to ship a car again I will call Michael at Cascade.
