First time I ever shipped a car this distance. Jake Carlson walked me through the process explaining what to expect and offering options. He kept in contact thrughout the process making sure that not only was I satisfied, but the seller as well. Any problems that came up, and there was a minor one with the transporter, Jake was quick to intercede and resolve it quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, I'll most likely choose Cascade again and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Jake.
