Damon is excellent at communicating with the customer. I contacted him after another company was two weeks late picking up my vehicles. He analyzed the situation, explained it to me, gave me comparisons of similar shipments and finally he personally contacted carriers to expedite my shipment.
I will use Cascade again.

It always feels so good to be able to work with a customer that has had a bad experience with another broker.
