KATE WINTERS, 360-853-2805,katheryne@cascadevehicleshipping.com. Becky, I am really sorry that things did not go as you planned, it can be very frustrating for everyone involved. Unfortunately one of my agents left the company to pursue other professional endeavors, but as soon as I received your order I stopped what I was doing to find out why your vehicles had not been assigned to a truck and what it was going to take to get them moved. The bottom line is all of the carriers were wanting more than what you were quoted for. In fact, in order to get you moved at the lowest possible cost to you and your family I took $250 off our already discounted price for having multiple cars, and put it to the truck to ensure you were able to use the first available carrier. When you booked with Damon your first available date was the 24th and I made sure to get your vehicles assigned to a carrier for the 24th. We work hard to ensure our customers have a Five Star experience, but sometimes things are out of our hands and I am very sorry you were unhappy.
