This company has to stop misleading and confusing there customers, because there are others companies who can do the job which they can not.Kate in your response you said I cancelled my order BEFORE my first available date, actually I cancelled it 2 days after, my pick up date should be on 17 of September and I cancelled it on 19 of September when my car was picked up by Easy Car Move company after I called then only once on 18 of September.With your service I should be just leaving my car on the street, because I left the country for a while and I don't have friends to keep my car in MA . You are still saying you were communicating with me, nobody ever sent me text or call back, yes I called all the time and somebody else was picking up the phone and always promise to call back but never happened.You send me an email once with my invoice when I asked to send me all the information but this is not communication, invoice doesn't explain what was going on. Now you are saying that it is common when pick up is not happening on my desirable date but why you didn't tell me this before and only were ensuring me that everything is alright and somebody will call me back. The only explanation could be that your office doesn't have enough people to work or doesn't have enough professional people to work and you probably don't have enough carriers and drivers to satisfy all your customers.
