Hi Troy, I sorry your car transport experience wasn't smooth sailing. Unfortunately these kinds of issues do come up from time to time. Usually they don't all happen to the same customer at the same time. We try very hard to make sure the customer understands that the pricing is not fixed until the carrier has agreed to the posted price or has made a counter offer that the customer can accept or reject. Ultimately the customer is in total control of the price at which the vehicle ships. As to the scheduling issues, unforeseen things happen that can make a carrier early or late, but there is no excuse for them not communicating professionally with you regarding those issues. At Cascade Vehicle Shipping we rate the carriers and ones that have bad communications skills are dropped from our list of authorized carriers. Again, we apologize for your troubling experience.
