I was very pleased with the service. Malia was friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt in responding to my inquiries. The drivers were courteous and gave me plenty of time to check the car upon arrival. I received phone calls to schedule both the pickup and delivery, which allowed me to plan ahead. The car was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in - other than arriving extremely dirty, which is to be expected. I had compared prices and ratings prior to contacting Cascade. They had the best prices and were among the highest rated. After working with them I can fully understand the ratings.
