Excellent service. Sarah received my online quote request and contacted me immediately. I had a carrier within a few days, and the driver contacted me to schedule a pickup time. I had requested a Thursday - Friday pickup, and the car was picked up Thursday evening. The vehicle got there a little earlier than the driver initially told me (which was slightly problematic since we were driving cross-country at the same time), but they waited in the city until I made it there (only a few hours extra). Sarah called me to confirm vehicle delivery afterwards.
No major issues at all - vehicle was undamaged, and nothing was stolen. Only minor thing was that my key fob didn't work when I picked up the vehicle, possibly due to a dead battery.
The price was right around other quotes I received. There was a slight increase from the original quote (in the 970 range) due to my tardiness in calling to schedule shipment at a very busy time (end of June/beginning of July).
All in all, a very good experience.
