Our car was picked up the first date that we requested. It was actually in the Chicago area in 6 days, but the trucking company (Nationwide) told us that we had to go to their depot to pick it up because our streets were too narrow (despite the fact that our delivery address is on a bus route). On top of that, they gave us a 2 hour window to pick it up. We called Cascade and Novella worked with us and the trucking company, and they finally agreed to deliver it to our house as promised, 2 days later. I would give the trucking company an average score at best, but I would give Cascade an excellent score for keeping in contact with us and working out the problems.
