Everything about the shipping experience was well done. Prompt and courteous service and delivery. I had very good communication with Novella and the driver that dropped off the vehicle. The vehicle actually arrived early but I had advance notice of about 24 hours of the early arrival. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Would use again, if the need should arise.
