Cascade's rebuttal was even dismissive

I cant help but address Cascades rebuttall to my earlier complaint: THERE WAS A CARRIER ASSIGNED TO PICK MY CAR UP ON THE 28TH!!!! SOMEONE AT CASCADE DROPPED THE BALL AND DID NOT GET THE INFORMATION TO THE DRIVER.

WILL SOME PLEASE ADDRESS THAT???

This is what I'm talking about. It had nothing to do with finding a carrier because my car was not ready to be picked up on the 28th. Cascade did not give the driver the information about my car.

Also, I will like to note that after I canceled with Cascade, I went with another company the same day. 1/2 hour after putting my order in a driver was dispatched and my car is currently being shipped. Yet, Danielle said she couldn't find a carrier. Hmmmmm, sounds dismissive to me.

Mistakes will happen, but it is best if a Company address their fault and stop making it look like peoples complaints are unfounded. If you dont start addressing the real issues, there will be more complaints.

Kesha, Like I had stated in a previos review, having a 1 say window for truck drivers iis tough. If there is a delay, then they will most likely not make your window. As it states in our terms and conditions: The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.) Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. does not guarantee transport by any specific driver, carrier, or along any specific route. We had been looking for you for 5 business days, and had 2 trucks assigned to your vehicle. You cancelled with our company without either trucking company pick up the vehicle. Yes, we do take responsibility for the truck not receiving the information about your vehicle. We are glad that you have had your picked up, and wish you well.
