This is my second time using this company. I was so happy with their service the first time, that I didn't even bother calling anyone else the second time around.
The first time, I used them, I had initially contracted a different company to find me a carrier. This company was by far the worst experience I had ever had with a company from any industry. When I got the feeling that company would not be able to pick up my three cars on time (and I was flying out the next day), I immediately contacted Cascade based on some other reviews I had read on this site. I spoke with Kim who was very pleasant and not only did she ease my frustration, she actually had me laughing. She found a carrier for me, followed up with them when needed and didn't collect a dime until my cars were on their way to CA. She also followed up with me to see if my cars had arrived on time and when she heard they were late, immediately followed up with the carrier to find out what the issue was. She kept in constant communication even much better than I did as I was suppose to call her when my cars were delivered.
Since my first experience was a very pleasant one, I contracted Kim again when I needed to transport a truck from Chicago Heights, IL to Riverside, CA. Again, I was met with stellar service.
Kudos to you Kim and the rest of the Cascade team! Thanks for restoring my faith in Transport Agents.
