I failed to properly do my homework when I searched for a carrier. I did not know of this website and if I had I would not have use my first carrier. They never called and never picked up the car adn had $1085 of my money as I paid the whole amount upfront. Luckliy I did get my money back after about 7 days of continued follow up calls.

So after doing a detailed search with the BBB and Transport Reviews I had the top 5 companies quote my move. My son is a cadet at West Point and we were shipping his car from San Francisco to New York. Cascade was the only company that would try to find a carrier without a downpayment and they actually followed up with calls on the status of the move. Novella called on Aug. 27th to say that they had a driver and the car would be picked up on Friday the 29th. She also followed up on the 29th to see if the car was picked up and when I told her no she called the driver to see what was going on. The driver called and scheduled Saturday and missed this date but did pick the car up on Sunday and delivered 6 days later right after the Army/ UNH football game. I paid $1469 and only $169 of this went to Cascade, the balance to the driver. They lowered their amount to get the car to go.

Cascade followed up along the way and patched me into the driver on Sept 4 and told us that his plans were for teh 6th for delivery.The car arrived in excellent conditiion and the driver worked with my son to find a convenient location close to the base. VIP LLC was the transport company and Dennis did a great job.

I would very much recommend Cascade.
