My experience with Cascade was great. When I first scheduled my pick up on the 29th of July, I was told it would be a couple of days before I actual knew the date my car was being picked up but I ended up receiving the date the same day. They told me that it will be picked up on the 31st but was actual picked up on the 30th. This was so great because that is the date I really needed. Kim called me to verify that the car did get picked up and that there was no problems. When my car arrived here Cascade did a great job of contacted me and giving me the phone number of the driver that was driving my the truck my car was on. It came 2 days earlier which was a blessing because my rental car was getting expensive. Cascade did a great job in keeping in contact with me. I give them FIVE stars for prompt service!! Thanks Kim
