Cascade did a wonderful job from the start. Our shipment was quite complicated since we are not in the US. But Danielle helped us w/ the entire process - she was very attentive to our needs since it was my parents at the site of origin trying to send the car to my in-laws at the destination city. So she understood how we wanted to take care of the payment and not our parents. The truck driver kept calling both my parents/in-laws and kept them informed of the dates/timings. Would definitely work w/ this company again. Make sure to ask for Danielle.
