From the first day I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping I received nothing but friendly service. I had first spoke with Kim on the phone at ext 218. She was great. She took me step by step how everything would work out in a very comprehensive way. That made me feel comfortable. I tend to get paranoid when certain things are not in my control so i would call often just to make sure that everything was on schedule. Kim was very nice and very patient with me on the phone every time. The pick up of my vehicle was right on schedule.While my vehicle was already on its destination towards Florida I had an emergency in which I needed the car turned around and brought back to New York. Without hesitation Kim and her crew including a gentleman named Boris saved the day. They were able to get my car turned around and sent back to New York without any hassle at all. I could not believe how easy they made everything for me. Once again the company did not fail and my car was returned to New York the next day. I would recommend Cascade Vehicle to anyone looking to ship their automoble. Thank you very much guys.
