When my husband received word of his job transfer, we had the task of deciding how to get two vehicles from Florida to Maryland in the most convient way. I researched many companies and heard many horror stories so I was relieved when I called Cascade and was given an abundance of information on how the whole process worked. I had put this process off because of the concerns I had about shipping a vehicle but they were great about the speed at which they were able to let me know a pickup date. I had to leave town before my truck was picked up and when it was Lori called to let me know that it was on its way to me in Maryland. Lori was my contact and she did just that, she stayed in contact with me until I received my vehicle on time and in the same condition as it was when it left Florida. My truck was picked up on a Tuesday and delivered on Saturday, which was just perfect timing. This was a great experience and Thanks to Cascade if I need to ship another vehicle I will use them again!! Thanks again Lori for making such a long move easier because of one less thing to worry about!!!
