The official comments above reflect an 11 day period from pickup to delivery, but it doesn't reflect the fact that I got a driver scheduled within 1 day of making the request. Jacquie did a great job of finding a driver, scheduling, keeping me posted on status, and making the whole process as smooth as possible. As a first time auto shipper I was a little hesitant, but now I know I can confidently contact Cascade for all of my auto shipping needs and not have to worry. Thanks Jacquie!!!
