This is the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle and overall it was a very positive experience. The estimated cost came in a little higher than what was originally quoted, but Brandi was able to reduce the amount of the deposit so that the total amount of the increase was only $17.00, which was reasonable. The car was picked up on time, and the delivery would've been 12 hours earlier than what it turned out to be, excepty my schedule would not accommodate that. The driver was very gracious about scheduling a better time for me and based on those things I would recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping very highly. I would not hesitate to use them again.
