To get it started, I called them on a Saturday, got everything set up with them, and they found a truck by Tuesday! I was surprised that it didn't take long at all, because some friends and websites have told me differently. Cascade wasted no time in getting my truck to me, found someone who picked it up on Tuesday and delivered it on Wednesday.
That's just the beginning, the actual people I talked to, the representatives of Cascade as a company, are very friendly, very knowledgeable, very courteous, and definitely fun to talk to.
Kimberly helped me through the process, she was the person handling my quote, and she answered all my questions, and she definitely made me feel secure in choosing this company. She always called me back when she said she would, and from speaking with the person she picked the truck up from she was very nice to them too. Thanks Kim!
There was also Danielle, who was a big help when Kimberly was out of the office. Danielle was a cool person to talk to, it wasn't like the normal dreary company bullshit you always get, I actually didn't mind calling in to talk with her about my quote. Danielle was awesome, so thanks as well to Danielle.
