I was originally concerned about using a transport service. The quotes I received were reasonalbe so I came to this review website to view others comments. Cascade had the best and most honest comments but I was most impressed that Cascade provided responses to negative comments. That gave me comfort that they were a responsive company.
The first truck needed parts repaired prior to my car being picked up, so Cascade provided another trucking company. This company needed parts repaired after my car was picked up but they were still able to drop off my car on time. Because the truck was open, my car was dirty which was no problem. I advise others to make sure their vehicle is ready for transport, fresh oil, 1/2 tank of gas, antennas & etc. removed, mirrors folded in if possible, CDs removed from deck, etc.
