From start to finish Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. and especially Brandi, were professional and very helpful. Even the support group in the office when Brandi wasn't available to take my call were very knowledgable and accommodating. Even though the pickup was late by several hours and not during normal business hours, the driver was apologetic and did everything he could to help matters. The truck was delivered 3 days early to a military base where there is a lot of protocal to follow and all of it went without a hitch in anything-a tribute to the trucking company that Brandi selected to transport my vehicle.
