My car arrived pretty much exactly when I had expected it based on the estimation given in conversations prior to the vehicle leaving, so I was obviously pleased with that. Nothing was damaged, no problems, it was a good experience. The employee (Diane) who arranged everything was knowledgeable and friendly. I guess the only minor surprises I had were that I was charged slightly more than I had been quoted, I assume for taxes that I had forgotten to factor in. The price was still the best around. Also, the service was port-to-door, but the shipper who delivered my car does not actually do "to-door" deliveries, so I had to meet him in the next town over. It was really not a problem in my case, and the driver was great. It was just different from what I had expected and might have been a problem in a different situation. Overall, there was great communication and friendly, on-time service as expected. Everything went very smoothly and I would choose them again if ever the need!
