Kim was my primary contact throughtout the process. She was very professional and helpful. The transaction was very quick. Unfortunatily the carrier took 13days to deliver the vehicle (vehicle servicability issues). I can understand that things go wrong, but not to be contacted and advised of problems and delivery times is unacceptable. The carrier was initially very hard to contact and did not pass on sitreps in a timely fashion. I received 4 ammended delivery times, which was very frustrating . The service from Kim at Cascade is the reason for the high rating. The shipping companies actions were out of Cascades control. Kim kept me abreast of what was going on and was a constsnt link between me and the carrier. I would have no hesitation using Cascade again.
