I was extremely satisfied with Cascade Vehicle Shipping from the very onset. I started the process by going on line and getting quotes from various shippers. Roughly 20% followed up with a phone call, but none were as professional, courteous, and helpful as my contact person with Cascade.
The pick up was prompt, again I received a phone call to confirm, and the tracking from NY to Hawaii was so helpful in scheduling plans on this end.
Unfortunately there was some damage done in transport, no fault of Cascade, and they have been assisting me in getting the matter resolved.
If you are considering having your vehicle transported, I highly recommend Cascade, and certainly will use them in the future.
