Wouldn't Recomend

The first review we tried to be fair. As soon as our review was posted we were contacted by Cascade promising immediate refund if we would remove negative review. That was before Christmas and we have yet to receive a refund for a payment that was made in October. I wouldn't recomend using Cascade if your told to prepay. While the customer service was good in keeping us aware of updates while they tried to find a carrier to service us they were unable to provide service and we have yet to receive a refund.

Being a Worldwide Logistics company we receive requests weekly to ship auto's overseas. This sometimes requires contracting carriers to deliver to certain Ports. I have since used other carriers that operate with more integrity.

Kristin, I have tried to communicate with you about how to refund you. You have not provided the information we need to issue the refund. As per our discussion prior, we are still within our 90 days for a refund. Please provide me with the information and I will put a rush on it. Thank you
