Michelle was the customer service representative that was responsible for coordinating my vehicle pickup & delivery. She was extremely efficient and trustworthy. She was knowledgable and always available to answer questions...Once my pickup was dispatched, Clay was assigned as the driver. He was also very efficient and honest. He called me periodically to update me with his travel progression. This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped, and would not hesitiate to arrange another shipment. Michelle and Clay were very professional and made this experience much easier for me... THANKS to both of you!!!!!!!!!!!! You both do a GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
