This was the first time that I had to ship my car so I went by the reviews on this site and requested a quote from the top 5-6 companies listed here. The quote from CVS was by far the lowest I received and decided to go with them. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as their quote was upto 33% lower than some of the others that I received and was wondering if this was a Bait and Switch, specially since my car was Inop.
I worked with Bruce and he was really prompt and professional in all his communications with me. He was very honest and explained how this works, so I decided to go ahead and place my order with them.
I got a call back the very next day that they have located a truck for my car and it would be picked up in a day. The car was picked up and delivered on time and at the price that was originally quoted to me.
I wasn't charged the deposit till they got my confirmation that the car has been picked up and they also called me to confirm that the car has actually been delivered on time, which was great.
The whole process was smooth and easy with regular updates about the progress.
I am very happy with Bruce and CVS would definitely recommend them.
