The customer service that we received from Michelle was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and kept me informed during the entire process. We had contracted with another company and after 3 weeks the car had not been picked up, however about contacting Cascade the car was picked up within 2 days. The car arrived on time and in excellent condition. I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely continue to use their service and Michelle as a contact person.
