We were very skeptical of these types of businesses due to the number of stories on various reviews. Michelle was very upfront about how the process works within her own business and within the industry overall. She provided us with direct and blunt answers to our questions. She never evaded any question and ultimately she was 100% truthful and followed through with her promises. Our vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered with 3 days time. She kept us up to date of our progress and gave us contact numbers for out driver who was also very helpful and kept in contact with us daily and towards delivery called us every couple hours to inform us of his progress. Our vehicle was delivered on time and in excellent condition. We would use this service again and without question. More importantly we would recommend this service to our friends and family.
