After dealing with some shady characters in the transport industry, it was very comforting and refreshing to find a company where customer service was and is their main priority. Kim at Cascade Vehicle shipping was on top of everything from the very begining. Although Matson, the contracted shipping company, did a poor to below average job in this case, Kim at Cascade made the whole experience very easy. She even went above and beyond in this case. I had some damage to my vehicle as a result of Matson's handling. Kim even went out of her way to find out the best way to handle the damage. I would absolutely recommend this company.
