Based on positive reviews, I scheduled a pick up of a BMW from Nevada to North Carolina late last year. The scheduled pick up date was in the middle of January. Because of work schedules, I decided to pay in advance for the entire shipment. As of end of January, no one ever called even about the pick up of the vehicle. Due to other circumstances though, I decided to cancel the pick up of the vehicle the beginning of February. I asked for the amount paid to be refunded since services were never rendered. Cascade stated that Washington law gives 90 days to fully refund. We are now in May and still have not received credit. Kim has seemed to be supportive but as a whole, Cascade lacks a comittment to the customer. Working within a company of thousands and moving people around frequently, I would NOT recommend Cascade simply because of their lack of concern for the customer. In today's economy, it is who "pays the bills" should have the highest priority, the consumer
