Overall i'm happy. Communication could have been a bit more progressive but at the end of the day they got everything done as promised. Always friendly on the phone - and on pick-up day she put in some effort to make sure it got done.

Especially happy with the driver Ed. Nice guy - professional and efficient.

My transport was a little tricky since it was a big and tall conversion van.

The one area of weakness was insight into how the whole thing works - that the job is posted to a board and truckers see that and then pick up jobs. Now i know from calling around a bit and doing some research.
