Easy of working with Cascade was great. I had one person I talked to the entire time and she was always available for me to talk to and very helpful. she was able to immediately get back to me after I first called her with information about a possible pickup. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed of any changes, and generally aware of everything that was going on.
The price for the transfer was the best we found when looking at other companies, and I have to say that it's a great price considering the amount of customer service and the fact that we were able to get the car a bit early. There was a small delay in picking up the vehicle because the driver had truck problems, but he was able to come do the pick-up soon after the planned time.
There was no damage whatsoever to the car, and all the items we had in the truck were still there when the car arrvied in VA. the oerson who delivered the car was aso very pleasant and helpful and very careful when unloading the car which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend Cascade as a means of transporting your car.
