I was responsible for arranging the transportation of my mother in law's car from Florida to California and I picked Cascade because of the good reviews on this website. I had a special request of a specific day for the pick-up in Florida and Jeff from Cascade was very accommodating. He made sure the truck would be there on that exact day. Even though I did not get a call from the driver the day before, Jeff and his co-workers at Cascade were in touch with the driver's dispatch and made sure it was picked up on the right day. Delivery in California was also late and the driver again did not call me the day before. I actually got a call in the morning saying the delivery would be between 11AM and noon but in fact they showed up at 7:30PM. Throughout the day I was on the phone with Jeff and he was very reassuring that everything would work out - and it did!
