I started working with Kimberley on my car shipment 3 weeks prior to shipping my car. She advised me to review the other companies that were also providing me quotes along with Cascades on transportreveiws.com so I have a good idea about the customer service and promises being offered by other carriers. She also told me about the high volume of cars being shipped out of CA and that low rates would hold my car indefinitely in CA. Not only did Kim find a carrier for me in my time frame but also managed to get it in my budget. Her customer service was excellent and she was on top of things making sure that my car was picked up on time and delivered on time. Working with Cascade was smooth and painless. Thank you Kim.
