I had Cascade Vehicle Shipping handle the transport of my Infiniti QX56 from MA to CA. My contact person at Cascade was Michelle and she was fantastic to work with. I will admit upfront that I was very high maintenance on this as my experience with a different auto shipper was terrible. So, on this one I was very concerned about the timing of the pick up and the delivery. Michelle took care of everything so well that this was a pleasure. She was knowledgable, patient and very cool to talk with. I really enjoyed working with her.
My truck was picked up as scheduled on July 7 and delivered as promised on July 14. The driver was very courteous, friendly and professional (he also had to deal with my constant calling to verify pick up and delivery and he handled it very well). The truck was in perfect condition.
There seem to be a large number of transport companies that are really difficult to work with. Cascade is not one of them. This was a very, very good experience for me. I highly recommend them and if you have the chance to work with Michelle you'll be in great hands.
