When picking up the car in Idaho, as soon as the driver realized he was going to be a couple hours late, he called to inform us. Once the car was picked up, it was delivered within 2 days. The driver was very prompt and courteous.
Kim was very quick to respond to our questions and able to accomodate picking up the car at a very remote area in Idaho. She was able to locate a driver that could pick the car up directly at the home, tucked away in the mountians , so that we did not have to leave the house.
The car was a vehicle that my father was rebuilding and a "work in progress" when he died.We appreciated the care that they took with it. All of this as a very reasonable cost!
We would recommend the use of this company to any of our friends.
