Cascade had a clear 'no nonsense' presentation on their website. They were friendly and expedient with me over the phone. My vehicle did not get picked up in the 'hoped for' time frame, and when I checked in with Cascade, they told me that "Arizona to Minnesota" was somewhat less than a prime route. I suggested adding another $100 to lure a trucker to the task, and Cascade told me they would explore that. They called me back a couple days later and said they found a driver who could deliver it immediately for an additional $200. He had an enclosed carrier, and it seemed very reasonable. Though Cascade never mentioned it to me, it's obvious they shorted themselves (about $75) on their commision to get the job done. Just to be clear, the price went up from $779 to $975, and I was completely satisfied. With more patience on my part, my vehicle might have been shipped at the original price on an open carrier. The trucker they hired was extremely 'on the ball' and performed the pickup and delivery with great promptness. My vehicle of course arrived in perfect condition.

"No special offers" or gimmicks is a very important thing to me, and Cascade kept themselves above it, which is another reason I selected them. It also definitely did not hurt that their smiling faces are on their website. P.S. - I accidentally gave them an outdated check card number prior to pickup. Though my card number couldn't be processed, Cascade sent the driver all the same. I did not give Cascade the correct card number until many days after receiving my vehicle, which is when I noticed on my bank statement that I hadn't been charged for their portion. Cascade, meanwhile, had not bothered me about it.
