I would definitly use cascade again when I am ready to ship my car back to the east coast. They were very informative and honest when trying to explain what the process is like to have your car shipped promptly.
They only use the best in the business to ship your car. For example my car could have been shipped eariler however the shipping company available has damaged cars before and they wanted only the best available.
This type of customer service shows that they are truly trying to take care of their customers and be in business for a long time.
