This is the second time we have used Casade Vehicle Shipping to move this vehicle. We would definitely use them again. They are very courteous and give accurate information. We did have an incident this time but it was with the carrier Garuda Auto Transport. We were transporting my daughters vehicle back from Fort Lewis, Washington due to her husband being deloyed to Afghanistan. She left her laptop in the car along with several other things she needed shipped home. When she got her car back, the laptop was not there. We were aware items were not advised to be left in the vehicle and were not insured. It is disheartening to realize someone who is being paid for their services would take something that does not belong the them. Especially from a soldier who is fighting four our country and our freedom. Evidently this is not important to this person. This vehicle obviously belonged to someone in the military. It was picked up from outside the base and had base permits on it. I would highly recommend that you request Garuda Auto Transport not be used for your transporting needs.
